GoToMyAccounts is a project I started back in 2005. It began as an internal project to help project team members track and submit consutling hours. It expanded into invoicing and ultimately into a full-featured customer web portal. The web portal began to generate a lot of inquiries from my own clients – who were also using QuickBooks, but had no way to integrate billing on the web. So, I began to restructure the software into a service that I could start to offer to others.
GoToMyAccounts is, and likely always will be, a constant work-in-progress. I am always looking for ways to improve the service and expand the functionality. There are other online billing services out there, but I am pretty sure that nobody else has been able to create something this comprehensive and seamless. The goal of GoToMyAccounts is to allow ANY QuickBooks user to have an online billing portal, at an affordable price, and with zero programming. After many years of programming and testing, the goal has been achieved with GoToMyAccounts.
Creating an account is free. You can use the free account as long as you wish. Although the free account is limited to managing 10 customer accounts, I hope that you will see the value of this service and ultimately become a paid subscriber.
